Service Description

You can either pay for the Medical Notes Explanation service or make a donation to the Dr's UK registered charity helping alleviate poverty if you are a UK tax payer. Gift aid boost your donation by 25p by every £1 you donate this allows the gift aid to go towards charity expenses and full 100% of your donation to go to the poor. You are declaring you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
